What it does
- Work out the real annual cost of one task, honouring seasons and projects rather than annualising everything to 52 weeks
- Give a conservative, likely and strong-implementation range, and name the thing holding the estimate down
- Separate hours reclaimed from what they are worth from cash actually saved — three different things
- Refuse to count mentoring, difficult conversations, creative authorship or walking the land as inefficiency
What it does not do
- Promise savings. It models your own numbers and uses no industry benchmark
- Treat time as money. Reclaimed hours are capacity, and no cash moves unless a real expense stops
- Suggest the saving is somebody’s job
- Require any financial information at all
