A membership with nothing behind it is a room people leave
It would be straightforward to open a paid community today. Set a price, build a forum, post weekly, and hope enough people stay past month three. That pattern is common and it mostly does not work, because there is nothing for members to compare notes about yet.
So the order is: run the public workshops, complete the first paid engagements, gather people who have genuinely built something — and then open the Circle around that. The founding cohort will be capped, priced meaningfully below the eventual standard rate, and will keep that rate for as long as they stay.
If you would rather not wait, everything that makes the Circle worthwhile is available now and free: the guides, the ten tools, and a workshop when the first date is set.
What we will not do
Tell you a number of members we do not have. Show you testimonials from people who do not exist. Put a countdown timer on a cohort that has not been scheduled. If you have seen those elsewhere, you know exactly why we are naming them.
