What it does
- Ask what taking part costs the people you are asking to show up — work, housing, status, arrest — and give guidance specific to each
- Map stakeholders by interest and influence, and your community's existing assets
- Generate a meeting agenda with timings and a decision log
- Design volunteer roles that fit the hours people actually have
- Draft a communications plan across the channels you already use
What it does not do
- Decide for anyone whether a risk is worth taking. The person who carries it decides, and the tool says so
- Profile, target or research private individuals
- Produce material designed to deceive, harass or pressure anyone
- Store your stakeholder list on our servers
